"During the period 2006/07 Cheshire Building Services carried out extensive work to our property. This was the construction of a new extension and a fully fitted kitchen which included the installation of 2 new RSJs and ceramic tiled flooring. Also the company carried out re-plastering work to the dining room hall stairs and landing. This included removing old plaster, widening existing doorways and fitting one new RSJ. A new bay window was also supplied and fitted.
During the entire period we never had cause to make a single complaint, and have had no cause to do so since. The work was performed at a consistently high standard by staff who were unfailingly helpful, courteous and cheerful. During the course of the work it became necessary to make some adaptations both at our suggestion, and very helpfully, at the suggestion of the staff themselves. All this greatly helped to ensure that the work was completed on time and to the standards required There were some additional costs, but only as a result of extra-contractual work.
Rubbish was removed regularly and was not allowed to accumulate, the site was kept tidy at all times.
Given our experience we would not hesitate to use Cheshire Building Services again, or to recommend the company to others"

CBS employ a stable team of craftsmen. Their work is approached methodically with attention paid to safety and tidiness. They involve outside professionals as required, architects, roofers, electricians etc.
