• This is a warranty under the FMB that is insurance backed helping you to protect your investment in any building work undertaken.  Various levels of cover are available.  Only masterbond registered builders can offer this service and we have had to meet rigorous entry criteria in order to join this scheme.

  • This is a government backed initiative that helps householders find reliable and trustworthy tradesmen to carry out improvements to their homes.
  • A firms technical skills have been independently checked through regular on-site inspections, as well as checks on their trading record and financial status
  • Firms have signed up to a code of practice that includes insurance, good health and safety practices and customer care
  • The approved scheme operator has checked, and will continue to monitor firms' quality of work, trading practices and customer satisfaction.
  • The firm will tell you about any building regulations you must comply with and may also be able to provide appropriate certificates.
  • If you have a problem or disagreement with a firm, there willbe a clear and user-friendly complaints procedure to help you resolve the issue.
  • Firms will be able to offer an insurance backed warranty.

• Training - We are comitted also to an ongoing process of staff training. All site managers have completed supervisory, health and safety courses, and all plant operators have the appropriate certification. We also have an appointed company safety officer.

• We have certifiedFirst Aiders on our team who have completed Health and Safty Executive Courses 447/82.

• Both of our Supervisors have completed Health and Safety courses in "Site Supervision" run by the National Construction College and "Construction Skills Site Management Safety Training"

• Managers have completed CITB courses on "CDM Management".

• We believe in supporting and developing standards within the building industry and accept and encourage the apprenticeship scheme of the industry by directly employing two apprentices.
